Restorative Yoga with Valerie

Monthly Fridays from 6-7:15p

Slow down at the end of your week and spend your evening moving mindfully and resting in different shapes with the support of pillows, blocks, and straps. Restorative yoga is calming to the nervous system and helps soothe the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels of students.

Outdoor Yoga Events

Join us in the fresh air for some playful, outdoor yoga with our community at some of the best local spots:

Yoga + Jazz at Riversdale House Museum - Join us for yoga from 5:30-6:30 on select Wednesdays and stay afterwards for a free Jazz concert. Grab your pass now!

Yoga at the (Adelphi) Pool! - Save the dates for morning yoga, poolside coffee and community pool time: 9am on Sundays: June 30, July 7, July 21, Aug 4, Aug 18, + Aug 25

Yoga at the (Urban) Farm - Join us in the cozy eco-space of New Brooklyn Farm (Mt. Ranier) to practice in the fresh air. We’re planning a goodie add on for this event, tba!

Summer Wind Down with Cultured Kombucha + Kahvie

Saturday, August 24th at 10am

Join us for a 60 minute yoga class in Kahvie’s loft and afterwards enjoy flight tastings of kombucha mocktails over live Jazz music on their stylish patio. You’ll leave feeling refreshed for the start of the school year (and we’ll send you home with a bag full of goodies!).

Friday Night (90min) Flow with Laura Teal

Join our favorite Texan for a 90 minute playful flow class to end your week. All regular class passes accepted but please sign up in advance, we expect to fill up! (Otherwise, $18 drop in applies!)
