Our practice inspires us to work for the peace and happiness of all humans and creatures.  From time to time, we'll host donation classes to benefit causes that we love and support.  You can register for these on our schedule and pay in studio with cash or credit card.  Classes will be appropriate for mixed levels and 60 minutes long.  Some experience with yoga poses (aka: knowing "downward facing dog") will be helpful!

We're putting together our donation class schedule - we'll give you more info soon!  Until then, check out our normal class schedule and you might even find a free community class or two waiting for you!
