Class Information

Location: Classes are currently held at Yoga Space (4206 Gallatin St, Hyattsville).

Investment: I am asking students to commit to 10-week sessions. When we create a longer container, we can build skills and relationships together. Pricing is a sliding scale between $160-250 per class per session (so that is the cost of 10 classes at the time/date you sign up for). Sliding scale pricing means you pay what fits your budget/ability, no questions asked. You are invited to discount your tuition if you sign up for more than one class. And, life happens. If you miss a class, you can likely jump into the other class to makeup a week (just let me know) or plan ahead and pay lower on the sliding scale if you know you will be away, etc. If I have to cancel class, I will find a time within the session or shortly after to offer a makeup class. Guest teachers are teaching drop-in friendly classes, see below!

What to Bring: For classes, please bring yourself, a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes (& water if you’d like). You are invited to bring blocks and straps if you have them. The location has plenty of props to share as well.

Iyengar Yoga Mondays 6-7:15p: Iyengar teacher Samjulien will lead class. Details at his website. Session will start Monday, January 12th. Drop ins welcome at $25/class, please contact him directly! Samjulien’s Website

Mindful Flow on Thursdays 5:30-6:30p: This will be taught by my friend and colleague, Rebekah Benson-Flannery (she trained with us at Numi in College Park!) You can expect to move through a full range of postures with pose and breath cues. Rebekah teaches a smart and athletically minded class.
