Welcome!

I’m so excited to be moving and breathing with folks again this fall. I’ve rented time at the Yoga Space (4206 Gallatin St, Hyattsville) and will be offering two weekly class sessions - each will go through the semester. Cost is a sliding scale between $180-300* for each class (whole semester), feel free to discount if you sign up for both. I’m excited to work together for a semester where we can build culture and community through commitment. And, life happens. If you miss a class, you can probably jump into the other session to makeup a week or pay lower on the sliding scale to what feels comfortable for the value you feel you are getting.

Alignment on Sundays 5-6:30p: Hatha style we’ll be holding poses with some functional movement play and we’ll end with restorative poses, breathing, and a long savasana. This is my favorite!

Session dates: Sunday Sept 14, 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26, Nov 2, 9, 16, Dec 7, 14. (12 weeks with a week there to do any makeups at the end)

Mindful Flow on Thursdays 5:30-6:30p: We’ll warm up and build a sequence together and then have a little space to do it a few times at your own pace/variations. We’ll cool down and end with breathing and savasana together.

Session dates: Thursday Sept 18, 25, Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Nov 6, 13, 20, Dec 4, 11. (12 weeks with a week there to do any makeups at the end)

Teacher Bio

For classes, please bring yourself, a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes (water if you’d like). If you have any props you can bring, please list them in the form below. I don’t have a full set of anything anymore but there are some props at the location.
