Your colleagues, your team, or your club is physically distant and asked to carry so much.

Let us help you create a virtual wellness event to bring them together, leaving everyone more grounded and resourced.

Whether you are a school with educators and staff who are worn thin from pivoting to online classes with a steep learning curve, a sorority who missing your live-together lifestyle, or a business team working remotely at less than ideal sitting and desk conditions, we want to support all the bodies, minds, and hearts that are working in stressful conditions right now.

Wellness events can include mindful breathing to reduce stress, nourishing movement that will re-energize help with physical strain, and/or meditation to help us focus and connect to our core.

We are doing a one time yoga for sewists to support folks who are bending over and making masks all day. We are running an introduction to yoga series for a veterans group affiliated with UMD to help their community connect and build stress resilience. We have weekly meditation and check-in calls for our studio community that help us stay in this together. Events can be 15-75 minutes long, once or on a regular basis. We operate on a tiered pricing model (always) to accommodate different financial abilities. We know that different organizations have different budgets, we want to work with you. Let’s create something that will make a difference for your community.

All of us are feeling stress from change and corresponding emotions to our varied circumstances during this pandemic. Stress, the wear and tear of uncertainty, and our physical distance from one another can implicate mental health, physical wellness. We are getting good at creating community together, online.

Our teachers are building deeper relationship with students through online classes. Even in a world where we may all have screen-time fatigue, we all need to be seen and connect while being nourished and recharged. We event have some audio-only ways to connect for the screen fatigued! Let us help you create an experience that nourishes your group’s bodies, minds, and sense of relationship.
